Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  When completing a return you will receive store credit for the amount that you paid for the product that you will be returning.  If you are wanting to cancel or make changes to your order this must be done with in 24hrs of placing your order.  ALL JEWELRY, SALE ITEMS AND ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@whiskeysunrize.com.  If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for all shipping costs related to the return as well.  All returns will be shipped to PO Box 36 Mooresville, NC 28123.

All items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

In the case that your package is lost or stolen, you will need to file a claim on UPS/USPS website.  Once you have filed a claim and receive a claim number you will need to reach out to info@whiskeysunrize.com and provide your claim number.  Once the claim number is provided, we will send out replacement item for what was lost/stolen.  If the item is not in stock, you will have the option to receive store credit immediately or wait 2-4 weeks for the refund to process.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
ALL JEWELRY, SALE ITEMS AND ACCESSORIES items cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Store credit Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be given store credit for the amount you paid for the item you returned.
